Abstract

A Cooperation Agreement is an alliance between two parties or more on the basis of an agreement and a sense of mutual need in order to increase capacity and capability in a particular business field, or a certain purpose, so that it can obtain good results. In its implementation, the cooperation agreement conducted by PT. Citra Riau Sarana with Langgeng KUD experienced several problems, including that the calculation of profits obtained from this cooperation agreement was not shared by PT. Citra Riau Sarana proportionally to Langgeng KUD and the Remaining Operating Results (SHU) were also not paid by PT. Citra Riau Sarana. The author formulates the main problem to be discussed is about how the implementation of the cooperation agreement on oil palm plantations cultivation program between PT. Citra Riau Sarana with Langgeng KUD Marsawa Village and what forms of default occur in the cooperation agreement on the oil palm plantation plantation program between PT. Citra Riau Sarana with Langgeng KUD Marsawa Village. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of a cooperation agreement on oil palm plantations cultivation program between PT. Citra Riau Sarana with Langgeng KUD Marsawa Village and to find out the form of default that occurred in the cooperation agreement on oil palm plantations between PT. Citra Riau Sarana with Langgeng KUD Marsawa Village. This type of research is Obsenvational Research or empirical law with 2 types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. While seen from its nature, this research is descriptive which describes the facts that occur in the field. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a cooperation agreement between PT. Citra Riau Sarana with Langgeng KUD is carried out in several stages, namely, Land Clearing, Developing, Pre-Nursery and Nursery, Plantation Maintaining, General Maintaining and Plant Construction. The form of default in this cooperation agreement is that the remaining results of the business or profits obtained, the Langgeng KUD is only given a fee of 600 million by PT. Citra Riau Sarana which should have been estimated at 5 billion, and also there was a delay in the payment of residual income (SHU) by the company due to the condition of the Palm Oil industry when it experienced international market pressures that were difficult to avoid, and the palm oil mill did not run normally because the two tanks of CPO stock were full and repairs at the Boiler and Strelizer stations, but those obligations have been fulfilled again.
