Abstract

This thesis is the result of research on the influence of human resource development on employee performance at Pt. Padasa enam Utama Kampar. This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development on employee performance at Pt. Padasa Six Utama Kampar. To find this out, simple regression analysis was used with t, F and Determination tests. The number of samples in this study were 35 employees. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and interviews. As for testing data analysis using validity and reliability tests. How is the human resource development strategy used by PT. Padasa enam utama kampar and see the advantages and disadvantages of the strategy that has been used. The research data obtained are data about PT. Padasa Enam Utama Kampar. The results of this study conclude that the human resource development strategy used by PT. Padasa Enam Utama is a job training strategy which includes job training, guidance and internships, and off strategy. the job training which is divided into two trainings, namely the simulation method which includes case studies, role-playing and veranda training as well as the method of presenting information which includes seminars and training. The human resource development strategy is carried out to improve the work ethic of the employees of PT. Padasa Enam Utama Kampar. The management of PT. Padasa enam Utama is advised to maintain and improve its strategy in the field of human resource development because based on the results of the analysis in this study, it turns out that the strategy carried out so far has been proven to be able to improve the work ethic of its employees. PT. Padasa Enam Utama is also expected to be able to feel the shortcomings that exist on off the job in the veranda training method which requires a lot of funds. Suggestions, it is better to improve human resources by placing employees in the field according to their abilities. In order to improve the performance of employees.
