Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the principles of Accountability and Transparency in the Management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Kuapan Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach by collecting research data to be condensed and presented in detail to conclude observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) based on Minister of Home Affairs regulation number 20 of 2018 in Kuapan Village the Implementation and Accountability stages are said to be accountable. Meanwhile, in the Pelanning, Administration, and Reporting stage it is not completely accountable or not completely of Minister of Home Affairs regulation number 20 of 2018. Meanwhile, in the Transparency stage, it is still not by Minister of Home Affairs regulation number 20 of 2018 because there is no information on the realization of activities reports, activities that have not been completed and are not implemented, and do not have an official website from the village to make it easier for the community to access information about the village.
