Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the quality of work life and job satisfaction of employees at PT. Snepac Shipping Branch of the Long Strait of Meranti Islands Regency. The population and samples taken are all employees of PT. Snepac Shipping Branch of Selat Panjang, Meranti Islands Regency, 26 people. Data retrieval techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires with descriptive data analysis techniques. Most of the employees of PT. Snepac Shipping Branch of Opanjang Strait, Kepulauan Meranti Regency, between 26-40 years, Most of PT. Snepac Shipping Branch of the Long Strait Regency of Kepulauan Meranti is a male sex. The results of the study concluded overall regarding the quality of work life and job satisfaction of employees at PT. Snepac Shipping Branch of the Long Strait of Meranti Islands Regency. in a satisfying category.
