Abstract
Abstract Analysis Of News In Riau Pos Headlines (Study Of The 100 Days Of The Leadership Of The Governor And Deputy Governor Of Riau For The 2019-2024 Period) Nurita Hakiki 159110067 The choice of syamsuar dan edi nasution as governor and deputy governor of Riau in the 2019-2024 period is interesting to study. Especially the implementation of their vision and mission in their 100 day work leadership program. This study aims to detemine the content, shape and direcction of the contents of the news in the Riau Pos daily newspaper headlines for 100 days the leadership of the governor and deputy governor of Riau in 2019-2024. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive content analysis approach to see a picture of the message content presented systematically. With a sample of 15 headlines news, the researcher made 3 units of analysis, namely; regarding the headline news of the content of the news, the form of the contents of the news and the direction of the news. The results showed that; first, the mission to realize human resources that have faith, quality and competitiveness throught complete human development, mews content in the form of criticism as much as 3 headline news or 50%, form of news content in the form of responses as many as 4 headline news or 66.665, with unfavorable directions of 4 headlines or 66.66%. second, the mission of regional infrastucture development that is equitable and environmentally sound, with news content that often appears in the form of information as much as 6 headlines or 75%, as well as content in the form of policy as many 5 headlines or 63%, with the direction of neutral news as much as 4 headline news or 50%. Third, the mission of realizing economic development that is exclusive, independent, and competitive, with the contens of the news in the form of complaints as much as 1 headline news or 100%, the form of content as much 1 news headline or 100%, with unfavorable direction of 1 headline news or 100%.
