Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of employees in the processing department at PT. Usaha Jaya Contractor – Bangkinang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection using a questionnaire with research samples, namely employees of the processing department at PT. Jaya Contractor's business in Bangkinang, totaling 62 people. From the results of the validity of the data, it shows that all statement items are respondents are valid and reliable or fit to be used in research. From the total average score on the overall responses to items in the good interval range. So that the recapitulation of the results of the research shows that the performance of employees at PT. Jaya Contractor's Business – Bangkinang has been declared good.
