Abstract

ABSTRACT Dwi Jayanto (164110076) Research entitled The Effect of Bokashi Tofu Dregs and TSP Fertilizer on the Growth and Production of Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). Under the guidance of Dr. Ir. H. T. Edy Sabli, M.Si. This research has been carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau. The study was conducted for 3 months from November 2020 to January 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving Bokashi tofu dregs and TSP fertilizer on the growth and production of shallots. The design used in the study is. Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is B (Dose of Tofu Bokashi), while the second factor is T (Dose of TSP) fertilizer, each of which consists of 4 levels. So that obtained 16 treatment combinations. Each treatment combination consisted of 3 replications so that there were 48 experimental units, each experiment contained 25 plants and 5 plants were used as sample plants which were taken randomly so that 1200 plants were obtained. The data were statistically analyzed and continued with the further BNJ test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of Bokashi tofu dregs and TSP fertilizer was significant on the parameters of plant height and tuber loss percentage. Combination The best treatment was (B2T2) with a dose of Bokashi tofu dregs 1000 g/plot and TSP fertilizer at 15 g/plot. The main effect of Bokashi dregs of tofu is real on all observation parameters. The best treatment was (B2) the dose of Bokashi tofu dregs was 1000 g/plot. The main effect of TSP fertilizer dosage was significant on all observed parameters. The best treatment was (T2) with a dose of 15 g/plot of TSP fertilizer.
