Abstract
Patients and their families always expect information related to health problems and the development of conditions experienced by effective communication, friendly, fast and professional service. To achieve success in a strategic and relevant program or to have positive life values so as to achieve success, the Nurses of the Balai Jaya District Health Center, Rokan Hilir Regency are expected to be able to build good personal communication ethics in providing health services to the community so that they can build strategies to achieve the desired image. The purpose of this study was to determine public opinion on public health services at the Balai Jaya District Health Center, Rokan Hilir Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method. From the results of the study, it is known that public opinion on public health services at the Balai Jaya District Health Center, Rokan Hilir Regency is still not good, this can be seen from the community's assessment which states that the services provided by the puskesmas have not fully satisfied the community, especially when the examination and taking the prescribed drugs is have to wait a long time. With this unfavorable opinion, many people choose to go to private clinics for treatment.
