Abstract

Abstract CarakaCorp 's Communication Planning in The Process of Coaching of Small Businesses Pasar Rakyat Pekanbaru NurulMutmainnah (179110118) This research was conducted to find out the Communication Planning conducted by Caraka Corp in the process of coaching of small businesses Pasar Rakyat Pekanbaru. This research was conducted to describe, analyze and find out how the implementation of the Caraka Corp Communication Planning in the process of coaching of small businesses Pasar Rakyat Pekanbaru. This study uses an understanding of qualitative methods, where this method aims to gain an understanding of social reality and participant perspectives, with data collection techniques that include interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity technique used triangulation technique. The informants in this study were three people who were managers of the Pekanbaru People's Market consisting of the CEO of Caraka Corp., Operations Manager, and Field Coordinator. Researchers used communication planning, namely Philip Lesly Communication Planning models. The results of this study indicate that Caraka Corp's Communication Planning is relevant to Philip Lesly's Communication Planning model which includes two components, namely, the organization where there is analysis and research, policy formulation, program implementation planning and communication activities. And the second component, namely the Public where there is feedback and evaluation.
