Abstract

Every Indonesian language has affixation, one of which is the Affixation of the Javanese dialect of Malang in the Lembah Sari sub-district of Pekanbaru City. Riau Affixation is a bounded grammatical unit in which a word is an element that is not a word and is not a main word, which has the ability to attach to other units to form new words or words. The problem of this research is how the Javanese Affixation in Lembah Sari Village, Pekanbaru City. Riau This study aims to determine the affixation of Javanese dialect in Malang in Lembah Sari Village, Pekanbaru City. Riau The data collected will be described and interpreted in detail so that there can be an actual picture of the affixation of the Javanese dialect of Malang dialect in Lembah Sari Village, Pekanbaru City. Riau The theory used in this research is the theory of Ramlan, Keraf, and Putrayasa. The population of this study is the total affixation of the Javanese dialect in Malang in Lembah Sari Village, Pekanbaru City. Riau The method used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive method is data in the form of words or pictures not numbers. The techniques used are observation techniques, recording techniques, listening techniques, note techniques, fishing techniques. Based on the results of the research conclusions, it is known that prefixes consist of 2 pieces of affixes, namely: prefix {me} totaling 4 pieces, and prefix {di-} totaling 8 units, suffixes consisting of 3 pieces namely: suffix {-an} consisting of 13 pieces, suffix {-ke} consists of 2 pieces and suffix {-i} consists of 12 pieces. confixes consist of 1 fruit namely confix {toness} consists of 12 pieces
