Abstract

Trading business is currently experiencing positive progress, the company is not only focused on profitability, but also on social and environmental perspectives. Every company has a commitment to employees to provide care for the social and environmental sector, because the company as a legal entity has CSR. In terms of balancing roles and relationships between stakeholders, the company must have CSR to its stakeholders (employees) such as providing comfortable and appropriate facilities for their employees, providing salaries in accordance with written work agreements, and not discriminating in any way to employees. Based on the background that has been described by the researcher, the researcher identifies two main problems, namely: How is the regulation of CSR in Indonesia, and how is the implementation of CSR at PT. Rifan Financondo Futures (RFB) to stakeholders (employees) in Pekanbaru City. The research method chosen for this research is descriptive analytical research method. Regulation of CSR in Indonesia Law is a set of rules made by humans that are interconnected in a society to regulate human behavior and protect human interests in society so that community members do not harm each other. The implementation of the legal function aims to create an orderly social order, creating order and balance in society. CSR conducted by PT. Rifan Financindo Pekanbaru Futures has been implemented well. CSR is distributed in the form of assistance, incentives and facilities according to the needs of employees. With the CSR program can improve a good image for the company. so that the performance/productivity of employees increases and provides good feedback for the company.
