Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the City of Pekanbaru. The indicators of this study are Equality, Participation, Self-reliance or Independence, Sustainability. This type of research located in Pekanbaru City is Descriptive Servey, which prioritizes the interview list as a tool for collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the purpose of the research in the studied location. The population used in this study is the Head of Business Development and Investment Section, Business Actors of UMKM in Pekanbaru City. The technique used in determining individual samples is for the population of Service Officers and also UMKM in Pekanbaru City is a saturated sampling technique, the type and data collection techniques used in this study consist of, primary data collected using interviews and secondary data collected using observation technique. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Analysis of the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the City of Pekanbaru can be concluded with the answers in the category " Good Enough".
