Abstract

ABSTRACT Rahmat Saleh Hasibuan, 2021. Contribution of Leg Muscle Power and Eye and Foot Coordination to Shooting Ability in Futsal Games for Extracurricular Students of SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. The purpose of this research was to determine the contribution of leg muscle power and eye and foot coordination on shooting skills in futsal games for extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. The type of this research is correlation. The sample in this research were all 16 extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. The research instrument used was the standing broadjump test, the eye and foot coordination test and the futsal shooting test. The data analysis technique used is to calculate multiple correlation values. Based on the results of the research, the conclusion is (1) There is a contribution of leg muscle power to the skills of shooting futsal for extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu with a value of rcount = 0.527> r table = 0.497 with a value of KD = 27.77%, (2) There is a contribution to coordination eyes and feet on futsal shooting skills in extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu with a value of rcount = 0.641> r table = 0.497 with a value of KD = 41.09%, (3) There is a contribution of leg muscle power and eye and foot coordination to futsal shooting abilty for extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu with a value of rcount = 0.665> r table = 0.497 with a value of KD = 44.22%.
