Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether the of religiosity and health awareness partially and simultaneously affect consumer buying interest in Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) fast food in Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumers who buy at KFC Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru whose number cannot be ascertained. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, which is based on the objectives and considerations of the researchers, which amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed to consumers. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and used the SPSS 26 test. The results of this study indicate that religiosity and health awareness simultaneously and simultaneously influence consumer buying interest in purchasing Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) fast food in Pekanbaru.
