Abstract

Communication is the center of all forms of speaking activities carried out in everyday life starting from the Public, Education, Relationships, Community, social environment and others. The limitations of Communication are not preclude the formation of communication interactions that occur between teachers and deaf students who have hearing loss. In this study the focus is on discussing students communication patterns in interactions at the Pekanbaru State special school pembina pekanbaru. Using qualitative description methods. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses instructional concepts based on teacher and student communication patterns. The results of this study indicate that the picture of communications patterns between teachers and deaf student in the process of interaction in school that occur are linear (one-way) communication patterns that occur during the process of interaction in the classroom, interactive communication patterns (twoway) that occur during the process of interaction outsite the classroom, and transactional communication patterns (in all direction), that occur during that process of interaction in the classroom self-development. therefore there are several different stages of communication patterns during the process of teacher and student deaf communication interactions at school.
