Abstract
The process and life of Southern Thailand (Patani) students at UIR Pekanbaru is very limited, lacking, and full of challenges and obstacles in studying in Indonesia. Fighting power is the ability of individuals to be able to survive in the face of all difficulties, find a way out of difficulties, solve various problems and face obstacles and obstacles by changing the way of thinking and attitudes towards these difficulties. The study aims to find out how the fighting power of Southern Thai students (Patani). The subjects of this study were two UIR students who were still studying. This study uses a purposive sampling method and observation and interviews. The results showed that the first subject had good control, range, recognition, and resistance to obstacles during the lecture process carried out while the second subject had less control, reach, recognition, and resistance to obstacles during the lecture process that was carried out.
