Abstract
The purpose of this Working Paper is to know the administrative service process of the loan distribution process at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru KCP Sudirman Bawah in order to determine the quality of the service whether it is in accordance with company standards and the theoretical basis of the existing theories. The title of this Working Paper is the writer's thought which is poured on the basis of the writer's interest to find out the good quality of service. During the authors carry out Field Work Practices the author sees that the administrative service process carried out by employees is good and in accordance with the standards of the company. Indicators of good service have been met. There are obstacles in achieving a good quality of service in Islamic Banking. The results of the analysis of the quality of service at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru Sudirman KCP Down went well and must be maintained for the convenience of customers and company progress.
