Abstract
The purpose of this working is to the role of Marketing Branch Manager office layout Riau-Sumbar in PT Pertamina (Persero) Retail Part, in order to facilitate the work of employess by using the room efficiently. Starting from the author’s interest to raise this title because of the author curiosity tu the role of retail part. As long as the author carries out the job training the author sees that the office layout in the retail section is not very comfortable which cause a lack of improvement in the quality of work,and that is because there are several things that affect these qualities the role office layout in the retail section is not in accordance with the office layout planning.
