Abstract

research with the title Effect of Pearl NPK Fertilizer 16: 16: 16: 16 and Superior Plant Hormones on Growth and Yield of Cherry Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum var. Cerasiforme). This research was conducted in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru for 4 months starting from June to September 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interaction between NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizer and superior plant hormones on the growth and yield of cherry tomato plants . The design used in the study was a Factorial Complete Randomized Design consisting of two factors. The first factor is NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 with doses of (0), (7.5), (15) and (22.5) g / polybag. The second factor is Superior Plant Hormones with doses (0), (2), (4), and (6) cc / liter of water. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), age of flowering (days), age of harvest (days), number of fruit bunches (bunches), number of fruits per plant (fruit), weight of fruit per plant (g) and number of remaining fruit (fruit ). Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with BNJ further tests at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction effect of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizer and superior plant hormones significantly affected plant height, age of flowering, number of fruit bunches, number of planted fruit, weight of planted fruit and number of remaining fruit. The best treatment combination is NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 as much as 22.5 g / polybag and superior plant hormones 6 cc / liter of water. The main effect of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizer is evident on all parameters. The best treatment is 22.5 g / polybag. The main effect of superior plant hormones is apparent on all parameters. The best treatment is 6 cc / liter of water
