Abstract

Effect of Soaking Plant Growth Time and Nasa Liquid Organic Fertilizer on Growth of Cuttings in Moringa (Moringa oleifera Lamk) Plants ". This research was carried out in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jl. Kaharuddin Nasution KM 11 No. 113 Marpoyan, Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted for 4 months, June-September. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the interaction between the growtone immersion duration and Nasa POC on the growth of Moringa plant cuttings. This research uses a Factorial Complete Randomized Design consisting of 2 (two) Growtone soaking times with a concentration of 50 ppm consisting of 4 (four) treatment levels and Nasa POC concentrations, consisting of 4 (four) treatment levels, so there are 16 treatment combinations, each the treatment was made 3 (three) repetitions so that there could be 48 experimental units. Each treatment was placed in a different plot, in one plot there were 4 plants, 2 (two) plants were used as sample plants, overall the amount of moringa cuttings was 192 plant materials. Based on the results of research that has been carried out it is concluded that: Interaction of immersion duration treatment and real POC Nasa concentration on the number of shoot buds, plant height, number of leaf stalks, number of leaflets, and stem diameter. Growtone soaking treatment 40 minutes and POC Nasa concentration 6 ml / l water. The main effect of growtone soaking time was apparent on all observational parameters. The best treatment is soaking for 40 minutes. The main effect of real Nasa POC concentration on all parameters observed. The best treatment is the concentration of POC Nasa 6 ml / l water.
