Abstract

Geographically the research area is in the South Selat Baru of the South, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, with coordinates between 01º 29 '23' 'N - 102º 04' 04.47 '' E. Resistivity data collection was carried out from GT1L1 - GT2L2 . The problem of clean water problems occurs in the study area so that the study was conducted to find out the distribution of the value of the resistivity, geological conditions, groundwater resistivity value, and groundwater depth in the study area. The 2 Dimensional Geoelectric Survey was carried out using a 2D Resistivity Meter, Connectors 1 - 32, a connector cable with a Wenner electrode configuration, processed using Res2DInv software, and 1 secondary data in the form of drilling log data as a geoelectric data amplifier. Resistivity values indicate resistivity values ranging from 0.0122 - 821 Ωm. Resistivity value 0.00160 - 44.3 ohm.m as silt deposition, resistivity value 27.6 -191 ohm.m as sandy silt deposition, resistivity value 10.5 - 258 Ohm.m as sand deposit, and resistivity value 106 - 821 Ohm.m as coarse sand deposits. Geoelectric data is strengthened by the existence of lithological similarities with the drilling log data, namely clay deposits, silt deposits, and sand deposits.
