Abstract
This research has been carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jalan Kaharuddin Nasution No. 113, Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City from March 2021 to May 2021. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the dose of Organic NPK (N) which consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 24, 48, 72 g per plot and the second factor is the concentration of POC Cow Urine (Factor S) which consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 200, 300, 400 ml per liter of water. The parameters observed were: plant height, number of tillers per clump, age of harvest, number of tubers per clump, tuber diameter, wet tuber weight per clump, dry tuber weight per clump, dry tuber weight per tuber and tuber weight loss. The research data were analyzed statistically and continued with the 5% BNJ test. The results showed that the interaction of organic NPK and cow urine POC gave a real response to all parameters. The best treatment was a combination of 72 g/plot organic NPK and 400 ml/l water POC cow urine (N3S3). Organic NPK gave a real response to all observation parameters. The best treatment was Organic NPK 72 g/plot (N3). Cow urine POC gave a real response to all the parameters observed. The best treatment was cow urine POC 400 ml/l water (S3).
