Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the service accountability for the provision of building permits (IMB) at the Investment Service and One Stop Services in Siak Regency. The indicators used include Legal and Regulatory Accountability, Process Accountability, Program Accountability, Policy Accountability. The phenomenon that the authors encountered is the slow time for completing the IMB up to a month if based on the SOP is a maximum of 10 working days, there are still people who do not understand the management of the online IMB system in Siak Regency, so in this problem there are still people who use brokerage services for processing Online-based IMB. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, which is research conducted by collecting data from informants, after the data is collected and grouped or clarified, then compiled, then described in the form of discussion and accompanied by conclusions. The sampling technique used in this study was the Census Technique and the Incidental Sampling Technique. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from all indicators that the services provided in the management of building construction permits (IMB) at the Siak Regency One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service have provided accountable services in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
