Abstract
Bullying phenomenon was in serious attention by many parties especially bullying in education field. It was caused by bullying could give big impact as victim and it need the overcome seriously to avoid the bullying in education field. The method used qualitative by using interview and documentation. The informant was Islamic education teacher at senior high school 13 pekanbaru. Based on research finding, it got bullying action at senior high school 13 pekanbaru in mocking, cheering, calling parents name, pushing, veil grabbing, barking, and ostracize friend. Based on interview and documentation, it was known that Islamic education teachers’ effort in overcome bullying at SMAN 13 was categorized in good and it was proved that it could decrease bullying in this school. First, Islamic education teacher come to school earlier and checking students’ preparation to school in school gate. Second, teachers checking every class to make sure that there was teacher in classroom. Third, teacher gave advice and motivation to all students in their class. Fourth, teacher asked non-moslem teacher to cooperate in guiding students. Fifth, Islamic education teacher doing individual approach to students that had potential to do bullying. Sixth, Islamic education teacher gave guidance and monitoring continuously to students that had potential in doing bullying. Seventh, teacher made partition between teacher and students. Eight, teacher made character development team with others teachers. Ninth, teacher made special class to Islamic students in the mosque. Tenth, teacher work faster when bullying happened in school. Eleventh, Islamic education teacher wen home in the last minutes to check school condition.
