Abstract
ABSTRACT EFFECT OF WORK EXPERIENCE AND WORK TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY OF PT. CAKRA ALAM SEJATI (CAS) PANGKALAN KURAS By: Derian Saputra NPM. 155210046 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work experience and job training on the productivity of employees of PT. Cakra Alam Sejati (CAS) Drain Base. The population and sample in the research were all employees of the production department, Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. All the data obtained were grouped and tabulated after that it was analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the study concluded that from the calculation of multiple linear regression there is a significant effect given the variable work experience and job training on employee productivity. Simultaneously the f test, there is a significant influence given the variable work experience and job training on employee productivity. Partially the t test, work experience variables and job training variables have an influence on employee productivity.
