Abstract
ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) AND ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS (AIS) ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF BAITUL MAAL WA TAMWIL (BMT) IN PEKANBARU CITY JHONI HARI SANDRA 172310069 This study is motivated by the phenomenon that there are so many bachelors of Islamic economics, but there is a gap in the availability of qualified and competent human resources in their fields. In fact, the bachelors who are accepted to work at Islamic financial institutions are very few. On the other hand, the provision of accurate, current and reliable information is also a necessity for companies, in order to run their business effectively and efficiently. This study aims to investigate the influence of human resources (HR) and accounting information system (AIS) on the development of baitul maal wa tamwil (BMT) in Pekanbaru city. The type of this study is quantitative research with the data calculation process performed by SPSS software. The results of this study show that the human resource variable (HR) has a significant influence on the development of baitul maal wa tamwil (BMT) in Pekanbaru city, this is known from the value of t-count > t-table (3.029 > 2.045), and the accounting information system (AIS) also has a significant influence on the development of baitul maal wa tamwil (BMT) in Pekanbaru city, with a value of t-count > t-table (2.875 > 2.045). So, it can be concluded that the human resounces (HR) and the accounting information system (AIS) have a significat influence of the development of baitul maal wa tamwil (BMT) in Pekanbaru city with the correlation coefficient values (0.667 and 0.657).
