Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the Evaluation of the Empowerment Program for Dropout Adolescents in Bengkalis Regency and also to describe the obstacles in its implementation. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques. This writing describes the conditions objectively found in the field based on data data relating to problems in the implementation of the Empowerment Program by the Bengkalis Regency Social Service, with interviews and observations as data collection tools, and the data collected is then presented as the main raw material for analyzing the Empirical conditions and the objectivity of the existence and objectives of the research at the location under study. There are 3 groups to be objects in the study. Writing consists of the same primary data obtained through research tools in the form of interviews and observations and secondary data obtained with the results of interviews in accordance with the results of the research, the conclusion is that in the implementation of describing the Evaluation of School Dropout Empowerment Programs in Bengkalis Regency it is categorized as Lack because there are still There are several obstacles in the implementation of the empowerment program for school dropouts, such as the lack of socialization provided and resources in implementing the empowerment of school dropouts that must be considered.
