Abstract

ABSTRACT THE FACTORS INFLUENCE CUSTOMER DECISION IN SAVING AT BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) INDONESIAN MOSQUE COUNCIL PEKANBARU CITY MULIA PARLINDUNGAN NPM: 152310133 This research was motivated by society request in fulfilling services need about financial institution. Generally, financial institution is a business in saving and loan that involve the third party in transaction process. The development of society economy moved forward day by day, and it was pointed by developing financial institution and it made easy for society to choose financial institution to save their money based on their will. The purpose in this research examined to know the influence marketing mix on customer decision in saving at BMT DMI Pekanbaru City. Meanwhile the object in this research was customer decision in saving at BMT DMI Pekanbaru City. This research used quantitative approach. Quantitative method is a method according to positivism philosophy, it used to analyze in certain population or sample. Data collection technique used research instrument, quantitative/statistically data analysis with the purpose to test a hypothesis that was be pointed. This research finding showed that marketing mix influenced customer decision in saving at BMT DMI Pekanbaru City. Religiosity influenced on customet decision in saving ad BMT DMI Pekanbaru City. Marketing mix, BMT Advantages, and religiosity influenced on customer decision in saving at BMT DMI Pekanbaru City. The influence of marketing mix, BMT advantages and religiosity in 62.1% on customer decision in saving at BMT DMI Pekanbaru City.
