Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the interaction between giving Bokashi Swallow Manure and AB Mix on PMK soil on growth and tomato production. This research has been carried out at the Experimental Garden Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau. The design used in This study was a completely randomized design (CRD) in a factorial consists of two factors, the first factor is Bokashi Swallow dung (B) consists of 4 levels, namely without treatment, 225 g/polybag, 450 g/polybag and 675 g/polybag and the second factor is AB Mix (A) which consists of 4 levels, namely without treatment, 1000 ppm, 2000 ppm, 3000 ppm, obtained 16 combinations treatment with 3 replications, so there are 48 experimental units. Parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, flowering age, percentage of flowers to fruit, age of harvest, number of fruit planted, fruit weight planting, fruit weight per fruit, fruit diameter and number of fruit residues. Data statistically analyzed and followed by BNJ level 5%. Research result shows the interaction of swallow droppings bokashi and AB Mix has a significant effect on all parameters, namely plant height, stem diameter, percentage flowers become fruit, number of fruit planted, weight of fruit planted, weight of fruit per plant fruit, fruit diameter, number of remaining fruit and did not have a significant effect on significantly on flowering and harvesting age. The best treatment dose of Bokashi Swallow droppings 675 g/polybag and AB Mix 3000 ppm. The main influence of Bokashi Swallow's dung had a significant effect on all observation parameters. The best treatment of Bokashi Swallow Manure 675 g/polybag. AB's main influence Real mix of all observation parameters. AB Mix's best treat 3000 ppm.
