Abstract
The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were all office employees of PT. Pekanbaru Riau clear water. The sampling technique in this study was to use a sample of the census method, namely all of the population used as researchers for the research sample, amounting to 49 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive and quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive correlation (relationship) between work environment variables and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the PT. Pekanbaru Riau clear water.
