Abstract
The purpose in this research examined to know the product differentiation, product quality, services quality and consumer attitude on society decision to do sharia KPR at Pekanbaru City, and also to analyse the most dominant factors in influence taking decision to do Sharia KPR at Pekanbaru City. This research was done in some sharia KPR at Pekanbaru City, research method used questionnaire that was filled by respondent. Sample in this research was involve 130 respondents and sampling technique used slovin formula. It was for property broker as property agent that was stay in company. Research findings showed that the lack factor was product quality. This factor could be pushed by explaining the reality condition to consumer or gave good quality to the residents. Also, explained how and what was the truth sharia KPR to society. In conducting research, this factors always asked by consumer that was used sharia KPR but they did not feel the sharia element in that KPR.
