Abstract
The purpose in this research examined the management of religious tourism object of Syekh Abdurrahman Siddiq Al-Banjari Cemetery that was located at Teluk Dalam village Kuala Indragiri District Indragiri Hilir Regency. The problems in this research questioned about how was the management of religious tourism object of Syekh Abdurrahman Siddiq Al-Banjari Cemetery. This research was done by interviewing five (5) informant where two persons from the heir as manager of religious tourism object of Tuan Guru Sapat, two informant from local community, and the head of Tourism Agency at Indragiri Hilir Regency. Data collection technique used observation, documentation, and interview. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative method. From data analysis could be concluded that the management of religious tourism object of Syekh Abdurrahman Siddiq Al-Banjari Cemetery was doing by the heir with some activities such as Planning, the heir was renovate the halfway house, renovate mosque, and they wanted to make large cemetery land. Besides, they wanted to fulfill the infrastructure in order to make the cemetery better. From organizing, the organization structure of management in this tourism object had been suitable with KKSN, and the heir would be changed in working time form manage the heir. From implementation, this religious tourism object was visited by many visitors, but the management did not have special program to direct all parties included in this management. In controlling aspect, even though this religious tourism was managed by the heir, but they still doing monitoring or supervision in managing this tourism. The monitoring had been done by KTSA and the heir as management.
