Abstract

This study has 2 stages, namely (1) the stage of tissue culture research; (2) the stage of developing Prezi tissue culture learning media at SMK 1 Lubuk Dalam. Tissue culture research aims to determine the effect of NAA on the growth of black orchid bud explants. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatment combinations (3 levels with NAA (0.5 ppm; 1 ppm; 2 ppm) plus 1 control (without NAA); 0 ppm) and each level was repeated 4 times. The results of the study at the tissue culture stage showed that the concentration of NAA was not significant for living planets, the percentage of leaf formation and number of leaves but significant for the percentage of shoot formation and the number of shoots with the best concentration of 2 ppm. The research development stage uses the ADDIE model with several stages, namely analysis, design, and development. The results of this study are in the form of products, namely Prezi tissue culture learning media. The data of this study were obtained from the results of validation by material experts, media experts, learning experts and limited trials of class XI PPT SMKN 1 Lubuk Dalam students who had studied tissue culture material. The results of the validation by the material expert showed that the Prezi learning media developed received an average percentage of 93.83% (very valid), 84.72% from the media expert (quite valid), learning expert 97.22% (very valid). So that the overall overall results of the Prezi learning media assessment by experts amounted to 92.59% with a very valid category. Prezi network culture learning media developed has received very good responses from students. This can be seen from the average student response of 90.61% (very good). Based on the results of the validation of the experts obtained a product in the form of learning media Prezi tissue culture which is very valid for use in the learning process.
