Abstract
This research was conducted in Sukamaju Village, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of accounting application in Sukamaju Village with generally accepted accounting principles. Types of data and data sources in this study are primary data. Primary data were obtained by conducting direct interviews with the Sukamaju village. Data collection techniques inthis study were carried out by means of interviews and documentation.This research uses descriptive analysis method. The descriptive method is used by the writer to collect, classify and arrange data so that it can be researched based on relevant theories related to the theory discussed to draw a conclusion.The results of this study are the implementation of financial accounting in Sukamaju Village, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, not in accordance with the General Accepted Accounting Principles
