Abstract
The coordination of policing state civil administration is a form of policing of state civil servants or administration Performed by the Karimun Regency government, which has the authority of the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency, the Civil Service Police Unit, and the Regional Inspectorate in order to reduce the number of disciplinary violations when working hours carried out by the state civil apparatus in Karimun Regency. This study aims to determine the implementation of coordination carried out by local governments in controlling disciplinary violations of state civil servants in Karimun Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis techniques; qualitative research is a type of research that explores and understands the meaning of several individuals or groups of people who come from social problems by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of the research, it is concluded that in terms of cooperation, communication, division of labor and discipline, it can be concluded that the parties involved in the coordination process, both BKPSDM, Satpol PP, and Regional Inspectorates have coordinated in the context of implementing Discipline Violations against Civil Servants in the Regency. Karimun. In the implementation of coordination in controlling disciplinary violations of ASN, Satpol PP has the duty to act as an action against the field then to impose sanctions on ASN who have violated disciplinary action will be submitted to BKPSDM so that BKPSDM will form a team with the regional inspectorate to be followed up or subject to sanctions.
