Abstract

ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANXIETY FACING PENSION WITH EMPLOYEE SPIRIT IN PT. POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) PEKANBARU By NOVRIALITA YANNUAR 165210751 This study aims to determine and examine the relationship between anxiety in facing retirement with employee morale at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru. This study is a population study, where the research subjects are all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru which will enter the retirement period in the next 2-6 years with vulnerable ages between 50-56 years. In this study the subjects were 30 people and used the Descriptive Analysis method, Correlation (Spearman Ranked),the Coefficient of Determination (R^2), and Hypothesis Test (t test).The results of the Correlation Analysis (Spearman Ranked) show that there is a strong relationship between the two variables. Result of the Coefficient of Determination (R^2) shows that the variable anxiety facing retirement (X) affects the employee morale variable (Y). And the results of the Hypothesis Test (t test) show that anxiety facing retirement (X) has a significant relationship with the employee morale variable
