Abstract
ABSTRACT EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN. SATRIA PERKASA AGUNG (SPA) DUMAI KHAIRUNNISA NPM: 155211056 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Satria Perkasa Agung (SPA) / Siak Kecil District, Bukit Kerikil Village, Bandar Laksamana Dumai District. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people using the census method. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires, while data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of descriptive research on organizational communication have been classified into the agree category, while the employee performance belongs to the category strongly agree. While the results of testing the research hypothesis explain that organizational communication has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Satria Perkasa Agung (SPA) Dumai. The influence of organizational communication on employee performance belongs to the strong category.
