Resarch purpose to determine implemetion of the service in the maintenance of amarriage license in the KUA distrik Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan Rokan Hilir to the implemention of the maintenance of a marriage license in the KUA distrik Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan Rokan Hilir. To facelitate the author in cllegting the data required in this study is limited to a study of data coledted from a sampel or population to examine that respondents have chosen is not the whole of population. The author are intrenset in lifting the titel because of the results pra survey the are srill problems in the management of e marriage license in the KUA distrik Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan Rokan Hilir. In the study author took a simple of 36 people, among athors, consist of 6 employees KUA distrik Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan Roakan Hilir and 30 people who take care of merige license time, system of mechanisms and procedures, trem of servants, fees and rates. Questionnaire that was distribute on the respondents than tabulated in table. And the maintenance of service already in the a marrige lecense can be the results was in good category with a percantage 53 %.
