Abstract

This research intend to find out the Analysis of Interest in Being a Teacher of Organization Member Biology College Students At Riau Islamic University, Academic Year 2018/2019. This research was carried out in the odd semester of academic year 2018/2019. This type of research is a qualitative study. The responent of this study were all of organization member college students of Biology Education, Riau Islamic University with 50 informants, this sample was taken using saturated or cencus sampling. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of interview, observation, documentation. In this study there are five indicators that influence the emotional, perception, motivation, talent and mastery of science. Based on the data analysis, the resultsare as follows; Indicator I mastery of science 95,73% with a high category, perception as big as 93,99 % with a high categori, indicator motivation 90,33%, emotional 89,44%, talent 88,73% with a high categori. The result Of the five indicators, the most influential interest in being a teacher is the mastery of science by 95,73%, and the lowest is the talent 88,73% of the interest in becoming a teacher of organization member Biology Education, Riau Islamic University.
