In government regulation number 17 of 2018 concerning sub-district article 10 about fostering and supervising the administration of village government. coaching is any effort of action that is directly related to planning, drafting, developing, developing, using and controlling everything in an efficient and effective manner. The purpose of this study was to determine how the subdistrict's performance was in fostering and supervising the implementation of village activities in the village of Kubang Jaya, Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar District. The assessment indicators used in this study are planning, drafting, directing, using and controlling, preliminary supervision, controlling the process, final supervision. The type of research used by the author is descriptive, which describes the actual situation of what was at the time of this study based on the observations of the authors in the field by collecting data, clarifying and analyzing the problem of this research, while the method used in this research is qualitative methods namely research whose main purpose is to gain insight into certain topics, namely through the method of observation, interviews and documentation, informants in this study were the Head of Siak Hulu, the head of the Kubang Jaya Village and the Head of the Kubang Jaya Village Development. Based on this analysis technique the author assesses and concludes that the role of the Camat in fostering and supervising the implementation of village activities is less explicit, as for the obstacles in the role of sub-district heads in fostering and supervising the implementation of village activities. effective supervision carried out by the sub-district head or sub-district staff. So that the use of the Village Fund Alocation is right on target.
