Abstract
Broadband Desa Program Integrated Broadband desa Program (DBT) is an IT program for desa with access that is connected to the internet network that will always be connected, guaranteed information security and security and has Triple Play capability. The service area of the Program is 3T Desa. This program comes from the Ministry of Communication and Information together with the Telecommunications and Information Technology Provider and Management Agency (BP3TI) and the Village and Regional Development Initiative Agency (BP2DK). The source of funding comes from Universal Service Obligation (USO) funding. The mechanism for implementing a DBT program is "Bottom Up". This study aims to determine how the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Integrated Broadband Desa program in Desa Bokor, Kecamatan Rangsang Barat, Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, and to find out the obstacles that exist in its implementation. The indicators used in this study are: Effectiveness, Efficiency. Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. This type of research is qualitative with research informants consisting of the Village Head, Pandu Desa, Chair of the IT Staff, Chair of the Village Art Studio, and 3 community members. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis concluded that the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Integrated Broadband Desa program in Desa Bokor, Kecamatan Rangsang Barat, Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti had been carried out but not yet maximized. Because there are some basic objectives of the program that are not realized. And also in the use of community programs still do not know clearly.
