Abstract

COMMUNICATION OF THE HEAD OF DUSUN TO DELIVER BLT DD INFORMATION TO THE COMMUNITY IN THE VILLAGE OF CANDI REJO, KECAMATAN PASIR PENYU, INDRAGIRI HULU DISTRICT ABSTRACT Fitri Minarsih The communication of the hamlet head referred to in this study is the process of delivering government messages (direct village fund cash assistance) sourced from village funds that are conveyed by the hamlet head to the community in the area of the hamlet I. Direct Cash Assistance has been implemented by the Government of Indonesia twice namely 2005 and 2008. According to Wynandin Imawan (2008), the Direct Cash Assistance Program is one of the poverty reduction programs implemented by the Government of Indonesia from a number of poverty reduction programs which are divided into three clusters. The Direct Cash Assistance Program is included in cluster I, namely the Social Assistance and Protection Program. Included in cluster I are the Poor Rice Program (Raskin), the Family Hope Program (PKH), the Public Health Insurance Program (Jamkesmas), and the Scholarship Program. In this study using descriptive type and qualitative methods. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers used data collection techniques, namely observation, interview and documentation.
