Abstract
This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Kabupaten Layak Anak program in the Kecamatan Pasir Penyu and to find out the obstacles in implementing the KLA program. Indicators on implementation used include communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This type of research, located in the Pasir Penyu District, uses a qualitative method, which is a study that makes humans a research instrument and is adapted to the situation in the field in relation to data collection which is generally qualitative in nature and is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words. written or verbal words from people and observable behavior. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique The informants and key informants in this study were Sekcam Kecamatan Pasir Penyu, Pelaksana KLA Program Implementer Kecamatan Pasir Penyu, Kepala Des of Candirejo, Kepala Desa Air Molek II, Lurah of Sekar Mawar District, and Lurah of Tanah Merah. Data collection techniques used consisted of observations, interviews, and documentation, the data collected was then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location under study. Based on the technical analysis above, the researcher assessed and concluded that the implementation of the Eligible District program in the Kecamatan Pasir Penyu could be said to be lacking in implementation and lack of awareness in the implementation of the KLA program so that there were still people who did not know clearly about the KLA program. This can happen because there are still obstacles that still interfere with the course of the KLA program.
