Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether the salary and working conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Milano PKS Pinang Awan Plantation. The population in this study are all employees who work in the field of processing at PT. Milano Plantation. The sampling technique in this study was to use a saturated sample, namely the entire population used as researchers for the research sample, amounting to 64 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and Smartpls 3.0 CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) testing. The results of this study indicate that salary and working conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Milano PKS Pinang Awan Plantation.
