Abstract
This research on Art Performance Management at Sakti Wedding Organizer Rumbai Pekanbaru aims to determine the management of performing arts in one of the arts organizations named Sakti Wedding Organizer in Rumbai Pekanbaru. As for in this study discusses aspects of the management system contained within an organization. The theory used is the theory of the say. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation. From this research, it can be seen that Sakti Wedding Organizer has a fairly good management system. Although the age of this organization is relatively young, they are able to survive from other Wedding Organizer competitors. With the implementation of their own management system, this is what makes this Wedding Organizer unique. However, in the management system that is applied, there are still developments and other input ideas that must be addressed by this Sakti Wedding Organizer.
