Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pekanbaru City Land Agency Office. This study was conducted aiming to determine the Effectiveness of Services in Handling the Certificate of Land Rights at Pekanbaru City Land Agency. The assessment indicators used include the achievement of objectives, integration, and adaptation. The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods. As for the population and sample in this study are the Head of the Pekanbaru City Land Agency Office, the Head of the Land Rights Sub-Section and Land Registration, the Pekanbaru City Land Agency staff numbered 15 people, and 25 people who take care of land issues. Three sampling techniques that are used in determining individual samples are the census technique for the head of the Land Agency and Head of the section on land rights and land registration, for Land Agency employees using porpusive sampling techniques, and for the community using accidental sampling techniques. Based on this analysis technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the Effectiveness of Services in Handling the Certificate of Ownership in the Land Agency of the City of Pekanbaru with a percentage of 78.86% employee respondents while for community respondents with a percentage of 67.73% was in the effective category. This can be seen from the increasing number of people who take care of land ownership certificates, as well as the emergence of participation from people who want to take care of their land issues at the City of Pekanbaru Land Agenc
