Abstract
The level of physical condition of the pencak silat athlete, Setia Hati Tarate Silat College, Tapung District, Kampar Regency The purpose of this study was to determine the physical condition of the pencak silat athletes at the Setia Hati Tarate Silat College, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were the pencak silat athletes from the Setia Hati Tarate College of Silat, Tapung District, which opened 16 people. The sampling technique was total sampling and the number of samples was 16 people. The instruments used are push up test, flexometer test, leg dynamoter test and two hand medicine ball put. The conclusions that can be drawn in this study are: The level of physical condition of the Pencak Silat Athletes at the Setia Hati Tarate Silat College, Tapung District, Kampar Regency is categorized as very poor with an average score of 3.3. There are 3 people with poor physical conditions and 13 people with very poor physical conditions
