Abstract

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF WORK ENVIRONMENT, COMMUNICATION, AND LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN PT. PLN (PERSERO) UTARA SUMATERA GENERATION SECTOR BALAI PUNGUT DURI SRI YUNITA 165210783 The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work environment, communication and leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Section of the Village Sector, Balai Pungut, Duri City, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The sample in this study amounted to 42 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of research that have been carried out, obtained an explanation that the work environment, communication and leadership have a significant influence on employee performance. While simultaneously good work environment, communication and leadership have a significant influence on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan North Sumatra Sector, Balai Pungut Duri. While the results of the coefficient of determination explain the work environment, communication and leadership have a strong influence on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan North Sumatra Sector, Balai Pungut Duri.
