Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the level of physical condition of the futsal athletes of the Arema FC Gunung Kijang Club, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. The type of this research is descriptive. The population and sample in this study were the futsal athletes of the Arema FC Gunung Kijang Club, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province, amounting to 15 people. The research instrument used was a physical condition test for futsal players, namely a leg dynamometer test, a 30 meter run test, a sit and reach test, a shuttle run test, a standing broadjump test, and a 15 minute run test. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the category of physical condition values ​​owned by futsal athletes. Based on the results of the calculation of the average value of the physical condition that has been carried out on the players, it is known that the level of physical condition of the futsal athletes of the Arema FC Gunung Kijang Club, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province owned is 2.8 which belongs to the Less Once category.
