Abstract

ABSTRACT INFLUENCE OF INCENTIVES ON EMPLOYEE WORK SATISFACTION IN PT. BEAUTIFUL CARGO LOGISTICS PEKANBARU BRANCH BY: FREDDI IRFAN SAMUEL NPM. 145210895 The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of incentives on employee job satisfaction at PT. Gandum Mas Kencana Pekanbaru Branch. This research was carried out with quantitative descriptive methods that used primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews / interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 37 employees in the processing and production section at PT. Gandum Mas Kencana Pekanbaru Branch. From the results of data analysis it is known that there is a significant effect of the incentive variable (X) influencing the variable job satisfaction, this is evidenced by the t count is 13,047 while the t-table is (0,05; 37) = 1,687 because t count (13,047)> from t table (1,687) then Ho is rejected. R2 value of 0.829 shows 82.9% influence on job satisfaction should be determined by the independent variable, the incentive variable, while 17.1% is determined by other factors not observed in this study.
